Brief Bio: General Articles, Research, Data Entry, Virtual Assistant, E-books, Copy Editing.
With thirty plus years of hands on experience in the fields of academia, administration, and research and development, where I wrote manuals, reports, regulations, operational procedures in each, and maintenance support documentation for each. If your need is for an individual with an overall working knowledge of every element of administration, from typing letters, form creation, data entry and processing, to managerial presentations and process flow charts with statistical analysis, you need to look no further.
During my employment as a Technical Junior College Assistant Professor I was required to review text books and wrote course syllabus’s and outlines for the business department. Duties also performed included instructing Economics, Business Math, Management, and was the back-up for when a part time instructor was out for training or sickness. Managed three part-time instructors’ class schedules.
Implemented Associate Degree in Business Administration and obtained accreditation in June 1977. In 1976 and 1977 was assigned the additional duty as year book facility adviser.
During the period of employment with the world’s largest Golf Car Company as their Training Manager, my initial duty was to rewrite the company’s Personnel Manual to bring it current with labor laws as well as in line with other local company’s benefits, policies, and employment procedures. Then my duties were to compose training projects for each of the supervisors in the manufacturing arena. These were followed up with a Standard Operational Procedure for supervisors on how to handle personnel appraisals and other employee matters. These efforts were ground breaking for this area, and came to the attention of Michelin Tire Corporation, Research and Development Corporation.
My next employer was a premium tire manufacturer in their research and development division. I again rewrote their Personnel Manual as my initial assignment. Progressing from there to researching and writing testing protocols and tire testing results, test results statistical analysis, systems analysis manuals, maintenance manuals on internally manufactured machines and measurement systems. Maintaining and insuring that all government documentation for DOT regulations were complete and up to date. Most importantly to insure our product met those regulations. My primary responsibility was for all new tire quality testing data and delivery of accurate reports and statistical analysis of the tire testing results to all Original Equipment Customers. Designed quality record data base in Visual Basic and Access for internal distribution to the tire designer engineers and testing centers’ managers.
